Molly’s interests have shifted to the organising and production of dance meaning that being a part of the Footprint 2018 committee has allowed Molly to explore these interests. Volunteering on the committee has allowed Molly enhance her skills such as working as part of a team, communication and creativity.

 Committee member: Kes Payne
2nd-year Dance Studies student
Email: paynek@roehampton.ac.uk
Footprint Dance Festival is one of the reasons that Kes chose to complete her BA at the University of Roehampton. When researching potential instituitions, Kes discovered that Footprint festival is something that seperates Roehampton from other Universities. Kes thought that the festival was a great way for students to try something new which is why she was so excited to be part of the 2018 committee. Although Kes has a passion for performing, being at Roehampton has allowed her to explore other aspects surrounding dance that she was not aware of. Kes is most excited about Footprint 2018’s tagline ‘Trying the new’ as this is exactly what she feels she has been able to do since attending Roehampton.
